Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, New R&D Center

&estimate prepared the overall project master plan in order to assist Bendix in the 251,000 square foot program selection. Once the optimal program moved into design, our team worked on the concept and schematic design phases providing cost estimates, options/alternate development and an extensive value management matrix. The program is currently awaiting funding to move into Design Development.
