NASA John H. Glenn Research Support Building (ASI005)

&estimate provided concept, SD, DD, CD and change order level estimating services for the new NASA John H. Glenn Research Support Building. The project consisted of 64,000 square feet and will house open and private offices, collaborative and conference spaces, training rooms, collaborative engineering rooms, internal and external work spaces and supportive kitchen and dining spaces. We worked collaboratively with the Architect to develop detailed cost estimates, keeping the project within budget. The building budget is nearly $23.9 million and outfitting of the building has a budget of $3.6 million.
