Spooky Nook Sports Complex, Hotel and Convention Center

This project includes a sports complex, fitness center, hotel, restaurants, brewery, meeting and event space, and other entertainment venues; it will also house tenants in various medical fields including orthopedics, pediatric dentistry, and other services that support athletics and active lifestyles. &estimate provided Master Plan, SD, DD and GMP level estimates. Additionally, as the CM, we are providing daily engagement/oversight in all construction activities including review of all cost information before owner sign-off; leading project meetings and VE sessions; performing oversight of the bid process; and coordinating the phasing schedules for all phases of this 1.5 million-square-foot project.
