The Lawrenceville School, Dining and Athletic Complex

&estimate provided Concept Level cost estimating services and will continue to provide milestone estimating throughout the design phase for the Dining and Athletic Complex at the Lawrenceville School. This project brings Dining, Athletics (squash, wresting, basketball, track and field and natatorium complex), and Recreation (fitness center) into one integrated facility. The new building will be located on the existing Lavino Fieldhouse site, adjacent to the Kirby Science Center and facing the Kirby Dormitory. The project building area is approximately 290,000 square feet and the impacted site area is approximately 1,001,300 square feet.
