&estimate provided fit-plan analysis for this $10.5 million law firm tenant space consolidation plan for Thompson Hine. This project included tenant fit analysis for four building locations in Downtown Cleveland as well as multiple options in each building. &estimate was part of the fit plan evaluation and recommendation process along with the tenant and architect. In total &estimate provided 20 tenant fit estimates for 105,000 square feet of space to assist the team in the selection process.
