Yorktown Victory Center Museum

&estimate assisted the Designer/Owner team in estimating this project at early stages of design, Schematic Design Phase and Design Development Phase, as well as at the completed design documents phase. The estimates were used to predict the overall cost of the project’s construction relative to the prescribed budget, as well as to provide a road map for Value Engineering elements of the project to stay within the prescribed budget. The project bid successfully and its construction is nearly complete.
